Strategic acquisition
We acquire Dialogtrail and expand our offering with interactive Product Finders tailored for e-commerce.

Launching EbbotGPT™
We launch EbbotGPT™; one of the first fully European-built generative AI solutions purpose-built for customer service.

Opening up our API
