2018

Ebbot is founded

Three telecom veterans found Ebbot with one mission in mind: put an end to bad service experiences.

2022

Strategic acquisition

We acquire Dialogtrail and expand our offering with interactive Product Finders tailored for e-commerce.

2023

Launching EbbotGPT

We launch EbbotGPT; one of the first fully European-built generative AI solutions purpose-built for customer service.

2024 Q3

Opening up our API

We release the EbbotGPT API, allowing customers to integrate our powerful AI engine into their own systems.

2025

Chatbot vendor -> AI platform

Ebbot outgrows its chatbot roots and steps into its new role as a full-scale AI platform for enterprise support automation.

Next phase

Expanding horizons

Support doesn’t stop at chat – and neither do we. Ebbot now expands into email and soon voice, to meet service wherever it happens.
