Ebbot becomes AI partner to Europcar Sweden – launches chatbot Estrid

STOCKHOLM, April 22 – Ebbot has been entrusted with developing and implementing Europcar Sweden’s new AI-powered chatbot: Estrid. The chatbot is designed to provide faster, smarter, and more personalized service to Europcar’s customers – around the clock.

With over 200 clients across more than 20 markets, Swedish AI company Ebbot continues its steady growth journey. The latest addition to its client portfolio is Europcar Sweden.

"We’re both thrilled and proud to have earned the trust of such a well-known and established brand like Europcar. It’s also a joy to work with companies like Europcar that truly understand that AI in customer service isn’t just about efficiency – it’s about creating the kind of experience customers both expect and deserve." says Anders Clarin, CEO and Co-founder of Ebbot.

Estrid was launched on Europcar Sweden’s website a few weeks ago and now assists customers with everything from finding the right pick-up location to handling booking-related inquiries.

"With our new AI chatbot Estrid, we’re able to respond to customers faster and more accurately. That means greater availability and more efficient customer interactions, which frees up time for our team to focus on more complex cases. It’s a clear win for both our customers and our organization," says Christian Stockeld Lindström, Chief Operating Officer at Europcar Sweden.
